Mexican Cooked Salsa At Home & Quick Nachos

ONEMAN SHOW gives you a recipe for making MEXICAN cooked SALSA and easy recipe for nachos for quick meal.
For mexican seasoning
  Coriander cumin powder 20 Gram, dry and roasted
  Salt 20 Gram
  Oregano 20 Gram
  Dehydrated onions 10 Gram
  Red pepper 5 Gram, crushed
  Ground red pepper 5 Gram
  Garlic powder 5 Gram
  Parsley dry flakes 5 Gram
  Sugar 5 Gram
  Dry basil/Dry chamomile flowers 5 Gram
For salsa
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), minced
  Jalapeno 3 , chopped
  Mexican seasoning mix 2 Tablespoon
  Ripe tomatoes 3 Medium, chopped
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Water 4 Tablespoon
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped finely
For nachos
  Tortilla chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mexican salsa 2 Tablespoon

1. In a bowl, add coriander cumin powder, salt, oregano, dehydrated onion, red pepper, garlic powder, parsley dry flakes, sugar and dry basil. Mix well and transfer it to a container.

2. Use the Mexican Seasoning for making Mexican dishes.

1. In a sauce pan on medium heat, pour olive oil and add Mexican seasoning. Stir well and cook for a minute.
2. Add onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Stir in the garlic and jalapeno and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add tomatoes, bell pepper and cook for 4 minutes. Stir in the sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, salt and mix well.
4. Add vinegar and water, stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with cilantro.

6. Serve the Mexican Salsa with tortilla chips or nachos.

1. In a plate, place tortilla chips and top with grated parmesan cheese and Mexican salsa.
2. Microwave it for a few minutes.

3. Serve the Nachos with more salsa and enjoy!
