|Harina de maize blanco||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine harina and salt in a bowl; stir to blend.
Add just enough boiling water to make a very stiff dough.
Allow to rest for 1 1/2 hours.
