Mexican Roll Ups
|Flour tortillas||20 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cream cheese||16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Package)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||6 Ounce|
|Chunky salsa/Picante sauce||6 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||6 , chopped up (Stems And All)|
|Garlic powder||1 Dash|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||8 Ounce (1 Carton)|
Set cream cheese out to soften or soften in microwave.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream and picante sauce.
Add other ingredients until well blended.
Fill edge of tortilla and roll up.
When you have them all rolled up, refrigerate for a few hours, then slice and enjoy.
These are good served with hot sauce or salsa.
