Chili Con Queso Dip
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Cup Or 1 Can)|
|Finely chopped green chilies||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pasteurized process cheese spread||1⁄4 Pound|
|Corn chips||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
In the fondue pot, over medium heat, cook the onion in the butter until tender.
Add the tomato sauce and the chili peppers and simmer 10 minutes.
Cube cheese spread and add to tomato sauce.
Heat until cheese is melted.
