Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients
  Bulk pork sausage 1 Pound
  Eggs 12 , beaten
  Flour tortillas 10 , warmed (7 Inches)
  Sour cream 32 Ounce (2 Cups)
  Picante sauce 16 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Canned sliced ripe olives 2 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

In a large skillet, brown and crumble sausage; drain.
Add eggs and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until set.
Spoon about 1/4 cup egg mixture down center of each tortilla.
Top each with sour cream, picante sauce and olives if desired.
Fold in sides of tortilla.
