Perfect Patron Margarita

Bridget Albert shows how to make Mix Patron Margartia, the most popular cocktail of America. Add Mango and Pineapple to transform it into a Contemporary Margarita Recipe. An easy and simple preparation, which you can shake up at any time.
Ingredients
  Patron silver tequila 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Patron citron liqueur 1⁄2 Ounce
  Sour mix 2 Ounce
  Mango 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into small cubes
  Pineapple chunks 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ginger powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ice cube 1 Cup (16 tbs) (or as required)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a mixing glass, combine tequila, citronage orange liqueur, fresh sour mix and freshly squeezed lime juice.
2 In your blender add mango, pineapple and little bit of ginger powder.
3 Blend to prepare a fresh and smooth puree.
3 Add 1/2 ounce puree to the mixing glass.
4 Fill the shaker with ice and cover the mixing glass.
5 Give a good shake to the cocktail.
6 Strain into a margarita or a cocktail glass.

SERVING
7 Garnish with a lime wheel and serve.

I don't agree on the lemon. Fresh Lime juice (Bearrs) makes a much better Maguerita. No one out in California uses lemons in their margarits! Some places use that disgusting sweet and sour mix but real mixoligists use fresh limes. Oh and usually the rim of glass is dusted with salt here. Shanti/Mary-Anne
