Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients
  Yellow cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sweet milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Jalapeno peppers 3
  Chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole kernel corn 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped pimentos 4 Ounce (1 Small Jar)
  Bacon drippings 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix together all ingredients and pour into well-greased skillet.
Bake 45 minutes.
