|Ranch style beans||2 Can (20 oz) (With Juice)|
|Chinese fried rice||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Rotel tomatoes||1 Can (10 oz) (With Juice)|
|Bell pepper||1 Small, chopped|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Grated cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chips||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Doritos)|
Preheat oven to 300°.
Brown ground beef in skillet.
When this is nearly done, add the chopped pepper and onion.
Drain and put in large baking dish and add beans, rice and tomatoes.
Stir together and bake until bubbly.
Remove from oven and top with Doritos chips and cheese.
Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
