Eggs Poached In Salsa

A quick breakfast of eggs poached in salsa...
Ingredients
  Egg 3
  Tortilla 1
For salsa sauce
  Cilantro leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Jalapeno 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Tomato 2 , coarsely chopped
  Leek 3 , but into 3 inch stems
  Salt To Taste
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bender jar, add all ingredients of the salsa sauce and blend to get a smooth consistency.
2. In a skillet, pour the prepared sauce, allow it to simmer, poach the eggs into the sauce, cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve with tortilla and cream.
