Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 3 , peeled and cut in half
  Dried onion 1 , coarsely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Fresh parsley/Coriander (cilantro) 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Tomato sauce 15 Ounce (Health Valley)
  Honey 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 27 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Container Health Valley, 13 3/4 Ounce Each)
  Honey 2 Teaspoon (Health Valley)
  Salt replacer To Taste
  Seasoning To Taste
  Tortilla chips 5 1⁄2 Ounce (Health Valley Buenitos)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
Directions

In a blender, combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, parsley or coriander, tomato sauce and honey.
Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
Pour into a large saucepan.
Stir in the broth and seasoning; bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Divide tortilla chips among 5 soup bowls, sprinkle with cheese and pour hot soup into the bowls over the cheese.
