|Dried onion||1 , coarsely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Fresh parsley/Coriander (cilantro)||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Tomato sauce||15 Ounce (Health Valley)|
|Chicken broth||27 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Container Health Valley, 13 3/4 Ounce Each)|
|Honey||2 Teaspoon (Health Valley)|
|Salt replacer||To Taste|
|Tortilla chips||5 1⁄2 Ounce (Health Valley Buenitos)|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
In a blender, combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, parsley or coriander, tomato sauce and honey.
Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
Pour into a large saucepan.
Stir in the broth and seasoning; bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Divide tortilla chips among 5 soup bowls, sprinkle with cheese and pour hot soup into the bowls over the cheese.
