Vegetable And Beans Chili

Vegetable chili is a wonderfully sweet and spicy dish. It is sugary and spicy with cayenne pepper. It has so much of health in it. It has an unique taste. Vegetable chilli is packed with vitamins, proteins and fibers. I am sure you will enjoy this recipe for its unique taste.
Ingredients
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Red bell pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Zucchini 1 Medium, cubed
  Squash 1 Medium, cubed (yellow straightneck squash)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
  Stewed tomatoes 22 Ounce (1 (14 ounce) can + 1/2 (16 ounce) can)
  Canned pinto beans 15 Ounce
  Canned black beans 15 Ounce
  Canned kidney beans 15 Ounce
  Green chillies 4 Ounce, chopped finely (1 can)
  Corn kernels 15 Ounce (1 can or 1 cup fresh corn)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan,heat salad oil on medium heat.
2. Add green and red peppers and onion. Saute until tender.
3. Put zucchini, squash, chili powder, sugar, salt and ground red pepper.
4. Stir together and cook for a couple of minutes.
5. Add stewed tomatoes, corn, green chilies, pinto, black and kidney beans all with their liquid.
6. Turn up heat and bring it to boil. Then turn heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered 20 minutes.

SERVING
7. In a serving plate, serve the chili with rice or bred or in burritos.
