Homemade Smokey Mexican Salsa

This is authentic maxican recipe very easy to make and great for any meal. It is perfect for those who loves Smokey Flavored Salsa.This is not only chip & dip salsa but it is also makes a terrific topping for burritos, tacos, tostadas, quesadillas, pinto or black beans and a great condiment to dolop on burgers.
  Roma tomatoes 4 Medium
  Onion 1 Large
  Jalapenos 2
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon

Clean and prepare vegetables. Roast them for few seconds until Peel comes off or lightly blacken on all sides.
Roast a tomato, jalapenos, onion. Remove skin and chop them.
Mix all the ingredients. Add chili powder and olive oil.
Transfer it into a serving bowl and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
