Mexican Seasoned Bread

Ingredients
  Basic white bread dough loaf 1
  Mexican seasoning 4 Teaspoon
  Egg white 1
  Water 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut or pull bread dough into 20 pieces.
Place Mexican seasoning in a small bowl.
Roll each dough piece into the seasoning.
Knead or work with your hands until seasoning is well incorporated into the dough.
Knead the pieces of dough into a large ball.
Place on an 8 in. (20 cm) pie plate that has been lightly sprayed with vegetable spray.
Cover and allow to rise until at least double in size.
Combine egg white and water in a small bowl; with a fork, beat until foamy.
Lightly brush surface of dough.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until dark brown.
