Zesty Fiesta Corn Salad

Ingredients
  Taco seasoning mix 2 Ounce (Half 4 Ounce Envelope)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned whole kernel corn 15 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Diced tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sliced ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sweet green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
Directions

1 In a large bowl stir together taco seasoning mix and water until well mixed; stir in oil and vinegar. Add corn, diced tomatoes, olives, and sweet pepper; toss lightly to coat. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight, stirring mixture occasionally.
