Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Finely minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salsa 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Finely crushed corn chips 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Flour tortillas 8 , warmed (10 Inches)
  Tomatoes 4 , chopped
  Ripe olives 4 , chopped
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce 4 , shredded
  Salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.
Add chips and beef; mix well.
Shape into eight patties.
Pan-fry, grill or broil until no longer pink.
Wrap burgers and desired toppings in tortillas
