|Butter||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Olive oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Canned tomato sauce||15 Ounce (450 Milliliter)|
|Canned stewed tomatoes||15 Ounce (450 Gram)|
|Italian seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Celery seed||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground turkey||1 Pound (455 Gram)|
|Macaroni||8 Ounce (240 Gram. Cooked)|
In a medium saucepan, saute onion, garlic and pepper in butter and oil until onions are almost clear.
Add tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes.
Bring mixture to a boil and add Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder, cumin, celery seed and whole chile seeds.
Lower heat and simmer.
In the meantime, brown turkey, drain excess fat before adding to the tomato mixture.
Simmer mixture to reach desired consistency, at least 1-2 hours.
When sauce is ready, mix with cooked macaroni.
