Mexican Macaroni lend a Mexican flavor to this long established family favorite. I make this particular Mexican Macaroni with turkey. Really easy to make!
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Butter 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
Olive oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
Canned tomato sauce 15 Ounce (450 Milliliter)
Canned stewed tomatoes 15 Ounce (450 Gram)
  Italian seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Chile 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Ground turkey 1 Pound (455 Gram)
Macaroni 8 Ounce (240 Gram. Cooked)

In a medium saucepan, saute onion, garlic and pepper in butter and oil until onions are almost clear.
Add tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes.
Bring mixture to a boil and add Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder, cumin, celery seed and whole chile seeds.
Lower heat and simmer.
In the meantime, brown turkey, drain excess fat before adding to the tomato mixture.
Simmer mixture to reach desired consistency, at least 1-2 hours.
When sauce is ready, mix with cooked macaroni.
