Cranberry Salsa With Lime
|Fresh cranberries||12 Ounce, picked over and stemmed (1 Package)|
|Celery ribs||2 Large, finely diced|
|White onion||4 Ounce, finely diced (1 Small)|
|Jalapeno chile||1 , seeded and minced|
|Chopped fresh cilantro||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
In the work bowl of a food processor fitted with the metal blade, process the cranberries until coarsely and evenly ground.
Transfer to a medium mixing bowl.
Add all the remaining ingredients.
Stir well to combine.
