Flex Your Tex-Mex Quesadillas
|Canned beans||32 Ounce, undrained (Kidney Or Black, Two 16 Ounce Cans)|
|Flour tortillas||4 Large|
|Pasta sauce||8 Ounce (240 Milliliter, 1 Jar)|
|Cheese||240 Milliliter (Cheddar Or Mozzarella Cheese, 1 Cup)|
|Shredded sour cream||1 Tablespoon|
Empty beans into skillet.
Over medium-high heat, mash beans all over bottom until thick and mushy.
Take 2 tortillas and on each, layer beans, pasta sauce and cheese.
Top with remaining 2 tortillas.
Microwave at high for 1-1 1/2 minutes or brown in a nonstick pan 2 minutes on each side.
Cut each quesadilla in pie wedges and top with a dollop of sour cream.
