Mexican Turkey Dip
|Ground turkey||1 Pound|
|Reduced sodium taco seasoning mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Non-stick cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
|Salsa||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Reduced fat cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened|
|Non-fat sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated reduced fat cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced black olives||2 Tablespoon|
|No salt corn chips||24|
In large nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat, saute turkey 5 to 6 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink; drain.
Stir in seasoning mix.
Spread turkey mixture in 9-inch square baking dish lightly coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Top turkey mixture with salsa.
In small bowl combine cream cheese and sour cream.
Spread mixture over salsa and sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top.
Bake at 350°F 25 minutes or until bubbly.
Garnish with green onion and olives
