Yummy Quesadilla With Chicken And Pinto Beans

I am going to show you how to make a simple Chicken And Pinto Beans Quesadilla. But today we are going to use homemade tortillas.
Ingredients
  Tortillas 2 (Homemade)
  Lightly poached shredded chicken breast 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Homemade tortillas 2
  Poached shredded chicken breast 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked pinto beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Roasted tomato salsa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Preheat a grill and lay the tortillas. Grill for some time and give a flip.

Assemble the dish on the grill.

Turn off the heat.

Start with adding cheddar cheese, then pinto beans and then the poached chicken.

And this makes a great dinner or lunch for somebody.

Cut some fresh cilantro and sprinkle on the tortillas. Sprinkle some cumin powder.

Take the other tortilla and lay it over the assembled Quesadilla.

Let it cook for some more minutes.

Quesadilla is fully cooked, take it off the grill and cut into 4 pieces.

Place the Quesadilla in a plate and garnish with sour cream and some roasted tomato salsa and then a little more cilantro.
