Mexican Corn Tortilla Chips

Learn how to make a tangy Mexican tortilla soup with homemade tortilla chips, crema, cilantro, and avocado with chef Keith Snow.
Ingredients
  Pure olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Corn tortillas 6 , sliced
  Kosher salt To Taste
Directions

1. Slice a small stack of corn tortillas into strips or chips.
2. Fry in olive oil until browned.
3. Remove carefully and dry on a paper towel. Add salt if desired.
