|Chili powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Cumin||4 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Ground chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Homemade taco seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Salsa||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Brown the ground chicken in a skillet until it's no longer pink.
Add 1 tsp of homemade taco seasoning mix and stir until the chicken is covered with seasoning.
Put lettuce on a plate.
Top with cooked ground chicken.
If you are on maintenance, add cheese and avocado (and/or sour cream).
Note: You can add a sprinkle of cheese to the salad if you are doing the diet, but for best weight loss results, you should limit cheese as much as possible.
