Mexican Shrimp Cocktail
|Italian||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped tomato||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned chopped green chilies||4 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Medium shrimp||1 Pound, cleaned and cooked|
|Finely chopped coriander/Parsley||2 Teaspoon (Cilantro)|
In medium bowl, combine Italian dressing, tomato, chilies, green onions, honey and hot pepper sauce.
Stir in shrimp.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator, stirring occasionally at least 2 hours.
