Beef Chili Con Carne

This Chili Con Carne is one of the tastiest beef stews that I've ever known ! Try this really hot and spicy beef stew for your next meal. Your suggestions for this Chili Con Carne are welcome.
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (May Add More, As Per Paste)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned kidney beans 15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Tomato puree 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine beef and onion in an 8-inch square glass baking dish. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 5 minutes at High, or until meat is no longer pink; stir after each minute, breaking meat apart with a wooden spoon.
2. Drain off fat from meat. Stir flour and seasonings into meat mixture, then stir in remaining ingredients. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 16 to 18 minutes at Medium-High; stir every 4 minutes.
