Beef Chili Con Carne
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (May Add More, As Per Paste)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned kidney beans||15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Tomato puree||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Combine beef and onion in an 8-inch square glass baking dish. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 5 minutes at High, or until meat is no longer pink; stir after each minute, breaking meat apart with a wooden spoon.
2. Drain off fat from meat. Stir flour and seasonings into meat mixture, then stir in remaining ingredients. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 16 to 18 minutes at Medium-High; stir every 4 minutes.
