Turkey Stuffed Tortillas

Turkey stuffed tortillas is a meaty tortilla recipe. Prepared with added vegetables and avocado slices, the tortillas are filled with the savory mix and flavored with red pepper sauce and lime juice. Topped with yogurt, it makes a great and savory meal.
Ingredients
  Flour tortillas 2 (6 Inch)
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Turkey breast cutlet 1 (About 1/4 Inch Thick)
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Hot red pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Peeled avocado slices 2 (Thin)
  Shredded iceberg lettuce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ripe tomato 1 Small, cored and chopped
  Onion slices 2 , separated into rings (Thin, Yellow Colored)
  Low fat plain yogurt 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat the oven to 250°F.
Wrap the tortillas in aluminum foil and warm them about 5 minutes in the oven.
Meanwhile, in a heavy 10 inch skillet, heat the vegetable oil over high heat for 1 minute.
Add the turkey cutlet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
Transfer the turkey to a cutting board and slice across the grain into thin strips.
In a medium size bowl, toss the turkey strips with the lime juice and red pepper sauce.
Place equal amounts of the turkey, avocado, if desired, lettuce, tomato, and onion rings in the center of each warm tortilla.
Top with the yogurt and fold the tortilla over the filling; serve immediately.
