Place 1 tablespoon Kahlua in the bottom of 4 large (8 oz. size) wine glasses or sherbet glasses.
Add 1 tablespoon whipped cream to each glass and stir until blended.
Pour about 2 tablespoons soda into each glass and stir until foamy.
Add 1 large scoop of ice cream to each glass and pour in sufficient soda water to fill to the top.
