Spicy Mango and Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
  Pineapple 1⁄2 , diced
  Ripe mango 2 Large, diced
  Red pepper 3⁄4 Large, diced
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped
  Pineapple core 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Roasted jalapeno 1
  Fresh cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Limes 2
  White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine the chopped mango, pineapple,red pepper, onion, garlic, cilantro in a medium bowl.
Blend the chopped pineapple core, few pineapple pieces, cilantro, roasted jalapeno, lime juice, white vinegar in the blender.
Pour this blended mixture over the mango-pineapple mix. Toss well.
