Tasty Mango Salsa

A nice mango salsa recipe by Chef Keith Snow.
Ingredients
  Fresh mango 1⁄2 , diced
  Fresh cilantro 3 Tablespoon
  Seasoning 1 Pinch (Harvest Eating)
  Chipotle pepper/Other such as jalapeno or habanero , hot 1⁄2
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Diced organic tomato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shallot 1⁄2 Small, diced up (Onion Is Fine Too)
Directions

1. Dice up mango as per video instructions..careful…they are slippery suckers!
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well then use…it will go fast!
