Easy Mexican Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, cut in to chunks
  Green pepper 1 Large, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Bacon slices 2 , crisp-cooked and crumbled
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , sliced
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Heat vinegar, salt, and chili powder to boiling.
Pour over vegetable mixture; toss.
