Healthy Choice Tortilla Pizza
|Red bell pepper||1 Small|
|Finely chopped fresh basil||2 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|8 inch flour tortillas||6|
|Oven roasted turkey breast||6 Ounce, diced (Healthy Choice Brand)|
|Finely chopped blanched dried tomatoes||3 Tablespoon|
|Crumbled feta cheese||3 Tablespoon|
Roast red pepper over gas flame or under broiler until charred.
Close pepper in paper bag until cool, then peel, seed and chop.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix basil with olive oil; brush 1 side of each tortilla with mixture.
Sprinkle equal amounts of red pepper, turkey, tomatoes and feta cheese over tortillas.
Bake 6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
