Mexican Meat Pie

Ingredients
  Ground beef 3⁄4 Pound
  Onions 2
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Green peppers 2 , cut into thin strips
  Peeled tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Beef bouillon 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper To Taste
  Potatoes 5 Medium
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 2
Directions

1. Chop the onion and saute in the butter.
2. Add the beef and brown. Then add the green peppers, tomatoes, crushed garlic, and bouillon and season with salt and pepper. Heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Peel potatoes and boil in lightly salted water about 20 minutes. Mash and add warm milk, egg yolks, and salt and pepper.
4. Place meat in an ovenproof dish and place the mashed potatoes on top. Bake in a 450°F oven for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown.
