|Mango cubes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1/4 Inch Cubes)|
|Peeled seeded cucumber cubes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/4 Inch Cubes)|
|Chopped fresh cilantro/Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Jalapeno pepper||1⁄2 , seeded and finely chopped|
|Fresh lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Minced fresh ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1 Dash|
In medium bowl combine mango, cucumber, cilantro, green onion, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, brown sugar, ginger and black pepper.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
