Story
These get made a few times a month around my house. They're easy to make and taste great... :) Nikko
Cooking my way team has come up with a delicious Mexican dish that is hard to resist. The dish is put up quite easily with some chopping and building up the dish. A few words from the chef would have made the recipe more clearer. Tostada means toasting but there is no toasting seen in the video.

I did some experimenting with baking them in the oven - I'm surprised how good they turned out - they make great chips and no oil!
