Mexican Surimi Salad

Ingredients
  Seafood flakes 12 Ounce, well flaked (Crab Flavored Surimi Brand)
  Tomato 1 Large, halved, seeded and diced
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced black olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped cilantro/Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salsa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad greens 3 Cup (48 tbs), washed, drained and torn into bite sized pieces
Directions

Combine Surimi Seafood, tomato, green onions, olives and cilantro in medium bowl.
Add salsa; toss gendy to combine.
Arrange salad greens on 4 plates and divide seafood mixture over greens.
