Mexican Surimi Salad
|Seafood flakes||12 Ounce, well flaked (Crab Flavored Surimi Brand)|
|Tomato||1 Large, halved, seeded and diced|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced black olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped cilantro/Fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Salsa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad greens||3 Cup (48 tbs), washed, drained and torn into bite sized pieces|
Combine Surimi Seafood, tomato, green onions, olives and cilantro in medium bowl.
Add salsa; toss gendy to combine.
Arrange salad greens on 4 plates and divide seafood mixture over greens.
