Mexican Chicken Skewers With Spicy Yogurt Sauce

  Taco seasoning mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package, Divided)
  Boneless skinless chicken breast halves 6
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) (Use Large Cloves)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Plain nonfat yogurt/Low fat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red bell pepper 1 , cut in to chunks
  Green bell pepper 1 , cut in to chunks
  Yellow bell pepper 1 , cut in to chunks

In a large bowl combine 3 tablespoons seasoning mix and chicken; toss to coat well.
Cover; chill 2 hours.
To make Spicy Yogurt Sauce, in a mortar and pestle or with a large knife press garlic and salt together until a smooth paste forms.
Place in a small bowl with olive oil; mix well.
Stir in yogurt and remaining taco seasoning mix.
Cover; chill 30 minutes before serving.
Thread chicken onto skewers alternately with peppers; grill over hot coals 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
