Pineapple Tortilla Omelette

Ingredients
  Canned crushed pineapple 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Boneless ham 2 Pound, cut in 1 squares
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 6 Large
  Half and half 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Saute' first 4 ingredients in the butter until slightly browned.
Add seasonings.
Mix eggs and Half & Half and cook in 12" pan until golden brown on bottom.
Spread sauteed ingredients on top of omelet and fold half over.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
