|Flour tortillas||2 (7 Inches In Diameter)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Egg whites||2 Large|
|Chopped chilies||1 Tablespoon|
Cook and stir Turkey Bacon in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until lighdy browned.
Place 2 turkey bacon slices on each tortilla; sprinkle each tortilla with 1 tablespoon cheese.
Beat egg whites and chilies; add to hot skillet.
Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until set.
Divide egg mixture between tortillas.
Fold tortillas over filling.
Top with salsa and additional cheese, if desired.
