Mexican Style Cauliflower

Mexican Style Cauliflower is an amazingly delicious version of side dish. An easy to prepare recipe, this Cauliflower is a dish that you will surely love to talk about with us.
Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 Medium, separated
  Tomato sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Capers 1 Tablespoon
  Olives 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Grated cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to hot (425° F.).
2. Cook the flowerets, covered, in a small amount of boiling salted water until barely tender. Drain.
3. Mix the tomato sauce, parsley, spices, capers and olives. Pour a little of the sauce into a heatproof baking dish, add cauliflower and cover with remaining sauce.
4. Sprinkle with the cheese, crumbs and oil and bake until brown.
