Mexican Egg Muffin

Ingredients
  Egg 1 Large
  Water 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped green onion 1 Teaspoon
  Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  English muffin 1⁄2 (Toasted)
  Prepared salsa 4 Teaspoon
Directions

In small bowl, beat egg, water and green onion.
In small skillet, melt margarine; add egg mixture.
Cook and stir until egg is set.
Spoon egg mixture onto muffin; top with salsa, then cheese product slice.
Place on baking sheet; broil until cheese product slice begins to melt.
Garnish as desired.
