Mexican Egg Muffin
|Chopped green onion||1 Teaspoon|
|English muffin||1⁄2 (Toasted)|
|Prepared salsa||4 Teaspoon|
In small bowl, beat egg, water and green onion.
In small skillet, melt margarine; add egg mixture.
Cook and stir until egg is set.
Spoon egg mixture onto muffin; top with salsa, then cheese product slice.
Place on baking sheet; broil until cheese product slice begins to melt.
Garnish as desired.
