These Fryoles are terrific ! I love these seasoned pinto beans with my rice or pasta dishes. Do try them out with your favorite main courses and let me know what you liked these Fryoles with ! Your suggestions for these Fryoles are welcome .
|Pinto beans||1 Pound|
|Warm water||2 Quart|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Green chilies||4 Can (40 oz)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Bacon||1⁄2 Pound, cubed and fried crisp|
Wash and clean beans, cook over low heat in warm water for 2 hours.
Add onion, garlic and seasonings, bacon and drippings.
Cook 2 hours longer adding water as needed.
