|Fresh cranberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated orange peel||4 Teaspoon|
|Oranges||2 Large, white membranes removed, peeled, chopped, and drained|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced fresh cilantro||1 Tablespoon (Otherwise Called Coriander)|
|Minced fresh ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh hot green chile||1 Small, seeded and minced (Use Jalapeno Or Serrano)|
Chop cranberries in a food processor or blender, half at a time.
Combine cranberries, orange peel, drained oranges, onion, oil, cilantro, ginger, and chile.
Stir to blend; season to taste with salt.
If made ahead, cover and refrigerate until next day.
