Guacamole With Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
  Gelatin 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package, Jell- O Brand Lemon Flavored)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  1% low fat cottage cheese 16 Ounce (1 Container)
  Ripe avocado 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Chopped green onions 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), divided
  Pickled jalapeno peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained (Slices)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped tomato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pitted ripe olives 4
  Tortilla chips 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Chili)
Directions

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water; pour into blender container.
Add cottage cheese, avocado, 1/2 cup green onions, jalapeno peppers, lemon juice, garlic and chili powder; cover.
Blend on low speed, scraping down sides occasionally, about 2 minutes or until mixture is smooth.
Pour into shallow 5 cup serving dish; smooth top.
Chill until set, about 4 hours.
When ready to serve, top guacamole with remaining 1/4 cup chopped green onions, tomato and olives.
