Sweet & Spicy Salsa

Ingredients
  Pineapple 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), peeled, cored and cut into 1/4 inch cubes
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/4 Inch)
  Yellow bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/4 Inch)
  Chopped red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Jalapeno pepper 1 , seeded and minced
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Black pepper 1 Dash
Directions

In medium bowl, combine pineapple, red and yellow peppers, onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, brown sugar, salt and black pepper.
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
