Frankfurter Tamale Pie
|Enriched cornmeal||1 Ounce|
|Cold water||4 Tablespoon, salted|
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, diced|
|Ground beef||6 Ounce, cooked|
|Garlic powder||1 Dash|
|Chili powder||1 Dash|
|Dehydrated onion flakes||1 Teaspoon|
Mix cornmeal to a paste in salted water.
Gradually stir it into boiling water, cover and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
Combine tomatoes with cooked meat.
Stir in seasonings.
In small casserole, arrange layers of cornmeal mush and beef-and-tomato mixture and bake at 350Â° F. for 30 minutes.
