Vegetable Burrito Banditos

Ingredients
  Shredded carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped broccoli 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped cauliflower 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green onions 2 Small, thinly sliced
  Nonfat ranch salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded low fat cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour tortillas 4 (7 Inch)
  Torn iceberg lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bite Size Pieces)
Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and onions with cheese, dressing and chili powder.
Lay tortillas flat on the counter and spoon about 1/2 cup vegetable mixture and 1/2 cup lettuce down center.
Wrap each tortilla around vegetable mixture.
