|Lard/Butter / margarine / solid shortening||2⁄3 Pound (1 1/3 Cup)|
|Masa harina||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Dehydrated Masa Flour)|
|Warm water/Regular strength beef / chicken broth||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)|
Whip lard until fluffy.
Blend in masa flour, salt, and warm water until dough holds together well.
Cover with damp cloth and keep cool until ready to use.
