Healthy Choice Mexican Beef And Rice
|Vegetable oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped green bell pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground beef||1 Pound (Healthy Choice)|
|Canned tomatoes||16 Ounce, undrained, cut up (1 Can)|
|Whole kernel corn||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned red kidney beans||15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Uncooked long grain rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot pepper sauce||2 Dash (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add pepper and onion; cook and stir until tender.
Crumble beef into skillet and cook about 6 minutes or until no longer pink.
Add remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 to 18 minutes until rice is tender.
