Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped green bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground beef 1 Pound (Healthy Choice)
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce, undrained, cut up (1 Can)
  Whole kernel corn 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned red kidney beans 15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Uncooked long grain rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot pepper sauce 2 Dash (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add pepper and onion; cook and stir until tender.
Crumble beef into skillet and cook about 6 minutes or until no longer pink.
Add remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 to 18 minutes until rice is tender.
