Frijoles A La Charra

Ingredients
  Ham hocks 2 Small
  Canned pinto beans 4 Can (40 oz)
  Garlic bulb 1 , juiced (Or To Taste)
  Cumin seeds 2⁄3 Teaspoon
  Green pepper 1 Small, finely chopped
  Cilantro sprigs 3 , minced
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Cook ham hocks in a large saucepot with as little water as possible, until meat is tender.
Allow hocks to cool slightly; remove meat from bones.
Drain beans in colander; rinse in cold water and drain well.
Put beans in saucepot with ham and cooking liquid.
Add garlic juice, cumin seeds, green pepper, cilantro, onion, tomatoes with liquid, chili powder and salt.
Cook over medium heat until beans are hot and flavors are blended.
