Easy Kick-Off Casserole

Kick off casserole is a dish that can be used as a meal and a dip. This Mexican dish is made for special occasions. It tastes great with avocado or even as a dip with some other dish. Enjoy this meal.
  Hamburger 1 Pound
  Corn chips 1 Ounce (1 Package)
  Canned refried beans 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned mild enchilada sauce 8 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Shredded cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce 3 , chopped
  Sour cream/Guacamole 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Dollop For Serving)

1. Preheat oven at 350 F.
2. Cook hamburger until brown and drain excess fat.
3. Make a layer of corn chips in 13*9 pan.
4. Spread hamburger over it.
5. Warm up the refried bean and spread them.
6. Spread tomato sauce and enchilada sauce.
7. Bake it for 30-40 minutes uncovered.
8. Take out and spread cheese over it.
9. Bake it again until cheese melts.
10. Once done, put some lettuce over it and serve.
