Ingredients
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vegetable oil/Bacon drippings 3 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce, cut into pieces
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Frozen ford hook lima beans 20 Ounce (Two 10 Ounce Packages)
Directions

Saute celery and onion in hot oil or drippings in a saucepan for 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes, salt, sugar, and pepper.
Bring to boil; lower heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Add lima beans; cover; simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until beans are tender.
